Casis Weekly (3/2/26 - 2/6/26)
Cougar PRIDE Families, It’s going to be another great week at Casis! Last week, our Prospective Parent Tour was well-attended and our last Administrators’ Coffee Chat was great. March is here and Spring is upon us! This week will be time for Class Group Pictures. Say cheese! And we’re celebrating our 75th Anniversary on Thursday, March 5, with some very special events on our campus, both during the day and after school. We are so excited to celebrate this monumental milestone in our school’s history.
Casis Weekly (2/23/26 - 2/27/26)
Cougar PRIDE Families, It’s going to be another great week at Casis! Last week was our scheduled conference day for families. We hope that those who participated in a conference found it to be informative and helpful. This last week in February will be action-packed with our February Prospective Parent Tour and Administrators’ Coffee Chat. And we’re counting the days until our 75th Anniversary events (Thursday, March 5). We are so excited to celebrate this monumental milestone in our school’s history.

Cougar PRIDE Families, It’s going to be another great week at Casis! It was so much fun last week to see how some of our classes celebrated the 100th Day of School. What a milestone! And we were thrilled to welcome Bob Shea to Casis for our annual Author Visit Day. It was truly an exciting day of presentations, book-signings, and even a ‘Casis Times’ interview. And the luncheon with the staff was just so very special. Huge thanks goes to our Librarian, Courtney Ewing, and to our Parent Volunteers, who made this event so very memorable for us all. In addition to the district scheduled day this week, Spring Conferences have also been underway during this month.

Cougar PRIDE Families, It’s going to be another great week at Casis! Our rescheduled Prospective Parent Tour went well last week. As February continues to fly by, we’re so excited to celebrate the 100th Day of School on Tuesday, February 10. What a milestone in our school year! And of course, on that same day, the kids and staff are most excited to welcome Bob Shea to Casis Elementary for our annual Author Visit Day. Spring Conferences are also underway during this month. Wow, what an action-packed month!

Cougar PRIDE Families, It’s going to be another great week at Casis! I’m so glad that everyone was able to stay safe and warm during our unexpected ‘Weather Days’ last week. Due to the missed days, our January Prospective Parent Tour will take place this week. Yes, the month of January has just flown by and February is here. During this month, we’ll celebrate the 100th day of school, have our annual Author Visit, among other great learning happenings.

Casis Weekly (12/15/25 - 12/19/25)
Cougar PRIDE Families, This last school week of 2025 will be yet another great week at Casis! Our Science Fair last week was a rousing success and highlighted some really great student learning. Our Holiday Helpers Gift Collection/Distribution Event was also a successful and very rewarding happening for our campus. During the month of December, we have continued to focus on student learning growth and enrichment opportunities, as well as on safe and secure practices. As we finish out this last week before our Winter Break, please know how appreciative we are for such a successful Fall 2025 semester. The positive support and partnership of our parents has been amazing, the joy and tenacity of our students has been inspiring, the hard work and dedication of our staff has been phenomenal, and the unity of our community has been so very uplifting.

Cougar PRIDE Families, It’s going to be another great week at Casis! The Make-Up Picture Day went well this past week and the month of December is quickly moving right along, as we all await the soon upcoming Winter Break. We’re excited that this week will be our annual Science Fair and will highlight some great student learning. There will also be a flurry of other activities that will focus on student learning growth and enrichment opportunities, as well as on safe and secure practices.

Cougar PRIDE Families, It’s going to be another great week at Casis! Our first ‘Prospective Parent Tour’ was a rousing success, with strong attendance by potential new families. I hope that everyone had a restful and enjoyable Fall Break. I, for one, was so very thankful for the week off. December promises to be a month of continued fall semester activities that will quicken the time before the next upcoming Winter Break. We look forward to our upcoming Casis Science Fair next week and a flurry of other activities that will focus on student learning growth and enrichment opportunities, as well as on safe and secure practices.
