1st graders will participate in introductory robotics during which they will learn the basics to robotics & practice programming Dash robots to complete various tasks. 2nd graders – 5th graders will participate in building robots and robotic systems with Legos. Registration link |
| The Art of Storytelling: A Book & Filmmaking Club | 1st - 5th | We will learn how to tell a good story by analyzing story telling techniques used by many beloved authors & illustrators. Then, we will use those techniques to create and film our own stories! Registration link |
| Technology Club: Typing & Coding | 1st - 5th |
Typing students (1st – 5th graders) will participate in individualized, typing practice based on their skill level. They will build muscle memory, learn touch typing, increase speed. Coding students (1st graders) will practice coding skills by mastering different games, and build their own coded game!*Note: first graders will get to choose which activity they would like to do - typing or coding. | Coding and Design Kids | 2nd – 5th | CodeKids is a project-based after-school club at Casis for students in grades 2–5. In this club, students will embark on guided projects that incorporate programming, coding, AI-powered design, 2D & 3D graphic design, video production and storytelling, video game creation, immersive virtual worlds, and the cultivation of digital citizenship skills. |
| STEAM Club | 2nd - 5th | STEAM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Art/Math) Club prioritizes hands-on exploration, highlighting collaboration and creative scientific thinking.
