Returning Student Registration

Online Registration for returning students for the year 2022-2023 is available on the Parent Cloud. You will want to read this flyer first. Please go to my.austinisd.org and create or log into a Parent Cloud account. The District tells us that the Chrome browser works best with their website. Once the Parent Cloud account is created or accessed, you may access the Student Registration tile. PLEASE REGISTER YOUR CHILD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, IN ORDER TO PREVENT ANY DELAY IN YOUR CHILD’S CLASS PLACEMENT.

**Please keep in mind that the online registration is necessary for enrollment and class placements. This is also the time to make any updates or changes to any of your contacts. If you fail to register your child for the fall, this will delay the enrollment and class placement and your student will not be on a class roster. **

** PLEASE NOTE THAT COMPLETION OF THE “PLANS TO REGISTER FORM” IS NOT THE SAME AS REGISTRATION.

YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE FORM AND REGISTER ONLINE.**

While online registration is required for EVERY returning student EVERY year, no new documents are required for any returning students, unless the student’s family has moved. If you need to provide any new documents, please scan and upload them to your ParentCloud account. When you are registering, PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE STUDENT FORM SCREEN – IT IS THIS PAGE WHERE PARENTS CAN ELECT TO HAVE THEIR FAMILY LISTED IN THE DIRECTORY AND ALSO OPT TO HAVE THEIR PHOTOGRAPHED FOR THE YEARBOOK. CHECKING “NO” WILL RESULT IN THE FAMILY NOT BEING LISTED IN THE DIRECTORY AND NOT BEING INCLUDED IN THE YEARBOOK.

For assistance with the Parent Cloud, please call the Parent Technology Support Help Line at 512-414-9187, between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. If you find that you need to reset your Parent Cloud password, please read these instructions. This online registration system is a part of the district’s ever-continuing effort to improve customer service to the community and increased efficiency of the school district. Information about ordering school supplies and a class tshirt will be posted here this summer, once it becomes available. We will continue to update our site as information for the next year becomes available.
