Transfers

If you are inquiring about transferring your child to Casis, please visit the AISD transfer page.

Parent Technology Support

For further assistance with Parent Cloud, please call the Parent Technology Support Help Line at 512-414-9187. Parents who do not have access to the Internet through a home computer can use computers at any AISD campus or at the public libraries. This online registration system is a part of the district’s ever-continuing effort to improve customer service to the community and increase efficiency of the school district.

Required Documents

Please also prepare the following required documents and upload them into the registration system. You can do this from home if you are able to scan them and upload them into your Parent Cloud account. You are also welcome to scan the documents and email them to our school registrar. If you are not able to scan and upload or email the registration documents listed below, please call the school office at 512-414-2062.

Once you have completed your online registration, please deliver the above input form and the following documents to the Casis Office:

  1. Proof of residence (lease, mortgage statement or most recent utility bill )
  2. Copy of parent’s driver’s license
  3. Child’s Social Security card (optional)
  4. Copy of current Immunization Records (including 4yr old record)
  5. Copy of Birth Certificate

Note: Please register your child as soon as possible, in order to prevent any delay in your child’s class placement. Please pay special attention to the student form screen – it is this page where parents can elect to have their family listed in the directory and also opt to have their photographed for the yearbook. Checking “no” will result in the family not being listed in the directory and not being included in the yearbook).
